The NEPQR Program is a continuing education and support program for new nursing graduates. The program sought to enhance nursing education, improve the quality of patient care, increase nurse retention, and strengthen the nursing workforce.
Data Works, LLC assessed the quality of services and effectiveness of program activities through data collection and analysis; conducted both process and outcome evaluations to promote program quality, measure efficacy, and meet program standards, goals, and objectives; and submitted regular reports to inform key personnel of the program’s effectiveness in improving the competency of first-year nurses.
