Current Projects

·         Develop tracking tools for data collection, and analyze data to provide formative and summative assessment and feedback on the quality, success and challenges of various grant-funded government programs for quality improvement and accountability.  These programs include:

o   Readiness and Emergency Management Schools (REMS) grant

o   Safe Schools Act of 1998 and Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act (SDFSCA) (Title IV-A)

o   Workforce Investment Network (WIN) grant

o   Gang Reduction for Saving Society’s Youth (GRASSY)

o   LeBonheur Community Outreach Delta Initiative

o   Project NanoSTEM

o   Nurse Education, Practice, Quality & Retention

·         Grant proposal writing assistance, including developing needs assessment, evaluation plan and logic model for major not for profit agencies

·         Strategic Planning and Organizational Development for local public institutions and private organizations
